Allison is a California woman at heart. She grew up in Ventura County where she played competitive soccer and won a national championship by the age of sixteen. Thereafter, Allison attended Pepperdine University and played Division 1 soccer . She transferred to and graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Allison attended Southwestern Law School and initially began her career in the entertainment law world. After gaining experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, she chose to expand her knowledge of the law in workers’ compensation litigation. Her career began in a nation-wide firm where she represented Fortune 500 companies.
Allison has a love of music and technology. She is fascinated by the growing tech world and is passionate about incorporating it into her everyday life and business. She is a sports fan and loves to experience a variety of exercise with her favorite being yoga and pilates.

Zachary is a California man at heart. He grew up in Ventura County. Zachary has a love of sports, especially football and basketball. His competitive nature and knowledge of the games have enabled him to play, coach and referee throughout his youth. Zachary attended California State University of Long Beach where he emphasized in political science. Zachary then attended Chapman’s Fowler School of Law. After law school, Zachary began his career in workers’ compensation, where he gained experience at a nation-wide firm and represented Fortune 500 companies.
Zachary has a passion for sports. His impressive statistical knowledge of athletes and teams makes him an excellent candidate for an ESPN analyst. He enjoys being knowledgable on business including national/ international news and loves to exercise where he often attends the gym, hikes, and plays in a competitive weekly basketball league.
